Clear rules for using Front2Finish.
These terms apply to business accounts and to visitors who submit service requests through a Front2Finish concierge.
Effective August 25, 2026
The service
Front2Finish helps independent service businesses receive requests, communicate, manage job records, and prepare customer documents. The service business—not Front2Finish—provides and is responsible for the actual service, quotes, workmanship, timing, warranties, taxes, and customer relationship.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account owners must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and authorize their team’s access. Do not use Front2Finish for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or rights-infringing activity, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, probe, or bypass service limits.
Requests, documents, and payments
Customers should review estimates, work orders, invoices, and receipts before signing or paying. Electronic records reflect information supplied by the business and customer. Customer job payments are processed by Stripe for the connected service business; Front2Finish does not store card numbers or act as the contractor.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Front2Finish is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for services performed by independent businesses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and contact
We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk. Account owners may stop using the service and cancel billing as described in the Billing Policy. Questions can be sent to support@front2finish.com.
