Front2Finish subscription charges are separate from customer payments made to a service business.

Free trials and subscriptions
Eligible paid plans may begin with the trial period shown at checkout. A payment method is collected by Stripe, but the subscription is not charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the displayed recurring price and interval, plus applicable taxes.
Cancellation
Account owners can use the Stripe billing portal to cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Cancelling during a trial prevents the first recurring charge.
Refunds
Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support@front2finish.com promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect; we will review the circumstances fairly.
Customer job payments
Invoice payments are paid through Stripe to the service business’s connected account. The service business sets the price, handles taxes, refunds, disputes, and service issues, and provides the underlying work. Front2Finish’s subscription price is not deducted from those job payments unless a future fee is clearly disclosed before activation.
